Pentacam Day for Technicians 

9.00        Registration and coffee

Spectrum team will be on hand to load Pentacam software onto your laptop so you can follow the interactive sessions.

The software will only work on Windows so please bring a Windows Laptop. It will NOT work on Mac 

9.30        Pentacam Basics 

What the Pentacam is and what it does. Who it’s suitable for and how it helps you make a diagnosis. 

10.30     Tips for Measurements 

How to take a good image, what all the measurement settings are for.

11.00     Pentacam Workshop – Rotating groups split into 2.  

A)           Pentacam Workshop 

The Spectrum team will take you through basic measurements up to more advanced settings for tricky patients

B)            Pentacam Set up

This workshop will run through the different settings on the Pentacam which can make the scans easier to interpret. Also we will review exams to decide if they are accurate or need retaking
